- Seating: One table and two chairs per organization.
- Space Restrictions: No large TVs, monitors, or standing banners are allowed.
- Employeer Electricity: Please indicate at check-out if you require electricity.
- Lunch: Two lunches are provided per table. Make your lunch selections at check-out.

- 11:00 am 11:30 am - Open to Veterans and Military personnel.
- 11:30 am - 2 pm - Open to LCCC student and the public.
